Mitch Gallagher presents the Hamer Standard solidbody electric guitar. True to the Hamer name, the Standard solidbody electric guitar is highly playable and offers an impressive tonal range. A pair of Hamer-designed humbucking pickups delivers ample output, with dual volume controls for a greatly expanded sonic range. The set-in neck promises epic sustain, while the rosewood fretboard features ivoroid binding for an ultra-smooth feel. And with its almost-flat 15.7″ fretboard radius, the Hamer Standard guitar sets a great foundation for technical players.

This one screams hard rock!
Man the kids today have it so good…..From 800$ bucks can’t go wrong…
1. Where’s it made? (at $800 presume it’s not USA)
2. Does the headstock drop when you let go of the neck while using a strap?
Thanks for this, because the NAMM demo videos were _useless_. The demo player was using an over-the-top amp setup and it was essentially “here’s a box of bees on this pickup, here’s another box of bees on this pickup’.
i wish they made the Rick Nielsen chalkboard style colour ….
got one! unbelievable guitar.
does an explorer case fit this?
awesome!
What happened to your custom Hamer Standard Mitch?
Personally I don’t know how to feel about Hamer coming back without a custom shop. I don’t mind the imports, but Hamer was always a custom shop first and foremost. Maybe if the imports do well they can bring on customs. If not, Mike Shishkov is making insane instruments in the Hamer tradition.
