Michael McIntosh says:

BUT, toms can ONLY be tensioned the same top and bottom? That seems like a huge limitation.

Kirill Konyaev says:

Beautiful sounding toms!

Dmitry Shkolnik says:

were those pearl export tom mounts included on this kit? I mean, on this 4 grand kit?..

Gary Johnson says:

What are those Tom mics?

Dave Mckeague says:

Shame about the single lug tuning. It really limits your versatility.

Niek de Vries says:

Dutch drums!

photographerjonathan says:

if it was stained a nice color maybe I would like it. I am not into beige. but the kit sounds nice.

Ryan Halsey says:

The kit sounded great but visually the kit is a little bland. The restriction of the tuning seems like it would limit the potential audience in an already limited group of people given the price point.

The video quality is improving but some of the shaky camera footage is a little off putting.

CaseBass Drum Co says:

I think they have one of the most innovative designs out there. At the end of the day, I haven’t seen a suspension system like theirs, their lug design is functional and esthetically pleasing. I think they deserve a ton of credit in the conception of their overall design. It’s consistent and inspired. They’re definitely one of the most interesting Drum companies in the industry. Haven’t seen anyone take the free floating “virgin” concept to its full conception until this company

Felix G says:

Sounds beautiful; not dissimilar to a sleishman kit. Seems their patent has expired … Nonetheless

Drumazon Team says:

Hey Guys, Dan from Drumazon here. We currently have this kit in stock, Zebra have offered the single tuning system for players who want a simpler method of tuning and to promote the free floating sound without a combersome basket system. The range of tuning is still very versatile and these are really fun kits to play, getting a great sound is a doddle. The natural Plane Tree Finish is stunning in the flesh, it’s a bit hard to appreciate on video, I’ll include a link to our listing with some more up-close shots for anyone who is interested. There are other colours coming too 🙂 Totally appreciate this won’t be for everybody. For anyone interested in a closer look we have this on demo in Cardiff and we will be bringing it to the UK Drum Show in Manchester this September.

Michael McIntosh says:

Visually, it doesn’t do much for me (especially at the price). But it really sings. Great, musical tom sounds. Cheers.
