Meinl Bongo Cajon – Percussion Review

This is the Meinl Bongo cajon. It is a great instrument to add to your percussion rig. It features some nice high cutting tones.

interesting instrument (I might get myself one), however it sounds different than the bongos; the bongos have a crisp “crak-crak” sound given by the skins, whereas the bongo-cajon has a more round, wooden sound; and btw, with synthetic skins you don’t need to constantly tune/detune your bongos 😉

Hi! On meinl website is writen that this cajon have Internal snare wires. Where are they?? Do they come in kit separated??
