I just bought the Kingfisher (sister bass to this) from a certain on line German retailer for £380 delivered! No brainer at that price.
I always enjoy your reviews, Stick…even though my bass is actually a Chapman Stick (the Railboard model).
Looks amazing! A great bass but in my opinion even a Squier may sound the same and even way much better! Any way construction and everything is amazing, My only complain is the sound :v
you played stuff off of one hot minute your my new fave bass reviewer everrerr
Please Fleabass-Street Bass
70’s pickup spacing oh yesss
Good video. More videos ! :3
Love everything bout this bass! What a tone. Only owner is choosing which color. All three re gorgeous man!!!!
Played one today. Beautiful finish. Nice to play. To my hands better than most other Fenders in the shop. Only a $4000 American Jazz Bass came close. The SE was $1400 (to give you relative pricing). Fender Standards around $1100. Fenders will have a better resale price, and that is where the difference makes a difference. But really, a very tempting proposition.
I got one and it rattles like absolutely crazy no matter how much I raise or lower the action and tune it idk what to do I even tried changing the strings still it did nothing does anyone know how to fix it?
On mine, when hold it in the light, I can see the ghost of the walnut strips though the black finish on the back. However, the bass is excellent. Well, finished, well set up and sounds great.
Mmm. Thats pretty….. 😮
Nice one stick!
Paul, really nice review as usual. I want to buy this bass guitar, I love the sound. I have two questions for you. Would you recommend this bass for playing Heavy Rock with a pick? Have you used as usual Pro Steels for the review? I love this strings
So… Walkabout
PS: nice video!

PRS is in Maryland. I am in Virginia and That body should have been swamp ash, That neck a bolt on. Sounds bad and I mean it. They got too many yes men.
My money is going on a Sire P7
